You may browse without an account, but placing an order requires registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

Nellis Liquidation sells liquidated, overstock, and returned merchandise. Product listings are subject to these conditions:

• Descriptions, images, and conditions are provided in good faith but may not be perfect.
• Open-box and as-is items are sold in the condition described - review all listing details carefully.
• We do not guarantee that listings are error-free, complete, or current.
• We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel any resulting orders.

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders placed at incorrect prices, and adjust prices based on inventory and market conditions. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

All purchases are processed through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method and confirm you are the authorized user. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance - we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

You agree not to use our site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity
• Purchase products for resale without our express written permission
