1Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as confirmed by FedEx tracking. The 30-day window begins on the date the carrier marks your package as delivered. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

2Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and components)
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Not in the non-returnable categories listed below

3Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Clearance items: All sales on clearance-tagged products are final.
  • Open-box / as-is items: Sold in their described condition and cannot be returned.
  • Hazardous materials: Items classified as hazardous for shipping purposes.
  • Consumables: Food, health products, or perishables once opened.
  • Gift cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.

4How to Initiate a Return

Contact Support

Email support@nellisliquidation.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.

Receive Authorization

Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.

Pack the Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.

Ship the Item

Ship your return using a trackable carrier to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method via Stripe.

  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in less than original condition.

6Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not discard any packaging.

We will arrange an immediate replacement or full refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. Photo documentation of the damage is required.
