Shipping heavy laundry appliances

Shipping is calculated live at checkout using real USPS rates based on your delivery ZIP and the unit's actual weight and dimensions, with no inflated flat fees. Orders usually ship within 1-2 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 3-7 business days to any of the 50 US states.

Full-size washers and dryers are heavy, so an order may go over 150 pounds, in which case it ships as freight and you call or email us for a quote. If you are near Henderson, Nevada, local pickup is available and can save you the shipping cost on a bulky machine. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, PO boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns, final sale, and getting it right

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition and packaging, with the window starting on the carrier-confirmed delivery date. For laundry appliances, note that Clearance, open-box (as-is), and As-Is units are final sale, which is the tradeoff for their deeper discounts.

You still have protection on every order. If a washer or dryer arrives damaged or not as described, we make it right with a replacement or a full refund. When a return is approved, an RMA number is issued within 2 business days of your request, and refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
